L146 – Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) – This intermediate-level course is designed by FEMA to describe the core principles and processes of HSEEP, its standardized methodology, available resources, and practical skill development will assist in developing an HSEEP consistent exercise program.

The ICS is a management system designed to enable effective and efficient domestic incident management by integrating a combination of facilities, equipment, personnel, procedures, and communications operating within a common organizational structure.
